How do I check the status of my reservation?

Contact us via email at pmswflorida@gmail.com or call us and we can give you further details. We will also send out updates on your stay when getting closer to your arrival.

How do I find my reservation?

Please contact us, normally you would be able to click on the calendar for the dates you are staying, sometimes the functionally of that option does not always work when requesting your log on information.

When am I charged for a reservation?

As long as there is availability, changes can be made.

Help on your reservations

What happens if my host cancels my reservation?

Things happen, weather, maintenance, availability…things happen! If for some reason the property is not available for your stay, we can help you find another rental or give a full refund for the stay that was cancelled.

What is the Resolution Center?

We are here to help resolve every issue and will help as long as we can help resolve the issue. Please contact us.

What should I do if I forgot something at a place I stayed?

Contact us right away…our cleaners go through the property as soon as a guest leaves. We also have an inspector inspect the property as well and can check to see if anything was left behind.

Should I book if I have not heard back from the host?

Please fill out the contact form and we will get back to you with availability of the rental.

How do I share trip details with others?

You can share the link, if considering on renting please do so as soon as possible and we will forward you a confirmation of your reservation.
